What will the workshop be like?
Our four-hour workshop will have 2 main parts (the overview & the practice)
The first half is the overview
We’ll begin with a Stress Relief Exercise.
This will help you feel calm and focused.
You’ll be ready to receive new information about yourself and your boundaries.
We’ll move into a deep dive on the Relationship Stoplight
Hula Hoop Overview (relationship boundaries)
Go into specifics for 3 S framework (details for how they work)
Learn a variety of breathing techniques
Stress Response & the Survival Brain’s Role in Stress and Boundaries
How to hack the survival brain & stress response
Identify your specific stress symptoms (so you know when your boundaries are being crossed)

Overview of Time Blocking
Overview of Energy Boundary
The second half is the practice
You’ll have expert guidance and the opportunity to apply what you learned (in the overview) to your own real-life experience.
You’ll write out a customized personal boundaries plan
You’ll adapt a script for setting those boundaries, so you can speak confidently, especially with people who will be surprised at your “sudden resistance.”
In the last hour, we’ll have a Q&A session where you have the opportunity to ask your personal boundary questions.
We’ll end with another Stress Relief Exercise.
You’ll leave feeling calm and empowered to set - and stick to - your boundaries.
